Bellinger is too inconsistent to pay more than $25MM. Hit .272, with 29 and 98 in ’25. As likely to hit .227 with 9 and 48 in ’26 as match ’25. Let him walk. Bye, bye Belli, it’s been good to know ya.
I don’t think ANYONE is giving Bellinger that much for that long. He might get one or the other, but not both term AND a high AAV.

I tell him to walk. I don’t even think he’s that good. When he comes up in a big moment I don’t have a ton of confidence. Sure his defense is nice but his bat isn’t trustworthy to me
He was literally one of the best hitters in MLB with runners on base. I wouldn’t give him what he is asking for but saying his bat isn’t trustworthy isn’t a sensible take.
