Bad trades, Rodroguez should not be dealt for any reason and would not give Bellinger more than 4 Years. Bad Free Agent deals is what have the Yankees in monetory problems.

I would sign Bichette, dfa or send down Volpe, sign Arraez for 1b and make rice the starting catcher, sign Okamoto for 3b, trade for Skubal, give them whoever they want.
That could work except bichette we literally need cody bellinger
And they cant pick both 2 so I pick cody bellinger
And do not dfa volpe he has potential and do not also sign arraez we already have ben rice and Austin wells
But aside from that tarik skubal and okamoto is very accurate especially if you resign cody
Definetely dangle Chisolm in a deal for Peralta and Megill.

I would not trade top prospects for 1 year of control of anyone except Tarik Skubal.
The reason is that the Yankees are no longer considered a big market team in free agency. Peralta will walk after this season, and ERC, Kent, Lewis are all potential headliners for players with more control or possibly making the team this season in the case of ERC.
Offense stays the same. Starting rotation and bullpen improve. Not enough to beat the dodgers on paper, if it’s even enough to get that far. Better than what they’ve done so far this offseason tho.
