When is MLB gonna mention the run that Davis Schneider is on? I’m sure many non-Blue Jays fans have no idea what Schneider (not the manager) is accomplishing right now. He has a 2.2 WAR in 21 games. Not to mention that MLB is obsessed with Elly de la Cruz, when Schneider has already produced double the WAR than him in a quarter of the games, and Jasson Dominguez, when Schneider is leading him in all three slashlines in way more games, oh and he also hit a homer in his first MLB PA, but unfortunately he doesn’t play for the Yankees so no one cares. smh
@Jyun OkiI can tell you weren’t around in ’91- ’92. The US networks showed Jays games nationally all the time in the late ’80s and early ’90s on NBC & CBS. When the Jays made it to the WS in 1992, the US media, who’d hyped the Jays for years, were like ‘Finally, the Blue Jays win the pennant!’
@Jyun Oki *92′-93′. Hopefully they do make it, but knowing this team, they’ll make it come down to the wire.
They will once they get into the post season. Unfortunately the disrespect is common among US networks but hey, the 91′-92′ Jays had the saaame thing going against them but they managed.

The first base umpire did the Jays a solid. Without him, they lose.
What a costly missed call by the first base ump on that Springer pitch. But the Jays seized the opportunity granted to them and came out guns blazing, so good on them.
Vladdy finally delivered a big hit. Maybe that will get him going.
Everyone is on about the checked swing call but no one is mentioning the strike zone inconsistency
