one of those homerun derby days
Holy Cow! What a Game! I’m not even a fan of either team, but this was one of the best games I’ve seen this season.
If only my Phillies could start hitting like the Cardinals!
This team needs 1-2 bullpen pieces.. 1 big bat and one bench bet.. a SP to actually truly stand a chance to compete for a WS in 2023. Do I think they could maybe win the division or WC and get into the playoffs with this team.. yes but they won’t go far.. the lineup has some good pieces but a lot of the guys in the back are unreliable. The bullpen is falling apart.. the SP is their strongest point but between Julio not having a good year and the injuries it’s also not as strong. Doubt Friedman makes all those moves I mentioned.. but it’s what I think is needed. I also believe the padres and dbacks have more talent and in a 162 game season one of those teams will win the division ahead of LA
Julio hasn’t been good at all this year, and it’s his free agent year. Some team will still pay him based on track record but yeah dude has not been good at all. Definitely cost himself some Millions
